1. General Provisions
Welcome to Hotel Rizk Inn. By booking a room with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Hotel Rizk Inn and its guests.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.
3. Reservation and Payment
A confirmed reservation requires advance payment or a valid credit card guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. All final settlements must be made at the time of check-out unless prepaid. Taxes as applicable by local laws will be levied on the final bill.
4. Child and Extra Bed Policy
Children below 5 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. For children between 6 and 12 years, child rates apply. Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Conduct and Damage
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest, their invitees, or pets (if allowed) will be charged to the guest's account. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who disrupt the peace and comfort of other guests without a refund.
6. Right to Refuse Accommodation
Hotel Rizk Inn reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel a reservation if a guest is found to be violating local laws, hotel policies, or if the booking is suspected to be fraudulent.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar.
